The drive has been completely re-built and storm water ditches re-dug, the fishery is now open as normal.

Rivers On Top Form.

After a very slow start to the season good catches are now being reported, from all the Midlands rivers.

Huge specimen barbel to 14lbs, are being caught from the Avon around Harvington and Evesham, with big catches of bream, from the Severn at Holt Fleet and Tewkesbury.

The River Teme threw up a surprise 26lbs mirror carp at Knightwick, with the tiny River Stour reporting good catches of small chub, roach and dace.

Summer pike catches have been very poor on most rivers, but huge fish have been reported from The Wye and Severn, giving hope for a good winter to come.

Autumn usually sees the midlands rivers spark into life and this year promises to be one of the best.
