DUDLEY Sports boss Tony Gore is delighted with the club’s new additions this summer.

Sports have brought in forward Stuart Hillman from Wrens Nest, former Halesowen Town man Gavin Winsper and goalkeeper Dominic Hill.

Hill has been brought in to replace departing keeper Dominic Richards.

However, Richards is the only member of last season’s squad that hasn’t committed for another campaign in the West Midlands Premier.

Gore said: “We have kept nearly all of last year’s team together and added some really exciting players to that group.

“Stuart Hillman is a goalscorer and should really strengthen us upfront.

“Our aim is always to be at the top of the league and hopefully be in a position to able to win it. But you have to be realistic and aim for a top ten or top eight finish.

“I think it will be a strong league again next season.”

Gore also said he is working hard to bring in two or three new signings this summer.

“We will be in a really good position if we can now add just a few more,” he said.

“I am now speaking to a few players with the view to bringing in two or three more. I am very happy with the current squad and we are looking forward to getting started again on July 7.

“I think any extra players will really put us in a strong position.”
