ALDI’S store in Peartree Lane, Dudley, is to reopen to customers on Thursday November 30 after a revamp.
The makeover, part of a £600m investment by the supermarket chain and based on feedback from over 50,000 customers, will reopen its doors at 8am.
Changes include clearer signs, more browsing space, and the relocation of fresh bread and cakes to the end of the 1,125 sqm store to prevent them getting squashed under customers’ shopping, Aldi bosses say the refurbishment will create additional employment opportunities – adding to the 25-strong workforce.
Store manager Simon Zareian said: "The store is looking fantastic, and we can’t wait to welcome our loyal customers back so they can see it for themselves.
"We’re committed to making sure that the shopping experience each customer enjoys in our stores is on a par with the products and service they’re used to."
The store has been closed since November 23.
