SHEEP high on cannabis went on a rampage in a Swansea Valley village after eating the remains of a cannabis factory fly-tipped on the side of the road, reports the South Wales Guardian.

County councillor Ioan Richard reported the incident saying the out-of-control animals were getting in people’s gardens and one had even entered a bungalow causing a mess in the bedroom.

He said: “There is already a flock of sheep roaming the village causing a nuisance. We could have an outbreak of psychotic sheep rampaging through the village."

The plants had been spotted by cross roads above Salem Chapel near Rhydypandy.
