One lane is closed on the A4123 Birmingham New Road southbound in Tividale at the Lower City Road junction, because of roadworks.
Water main work and restrictions are causing problems on the B4184 High Street in Bromsgrove at the Worcester Road junction.
One lane is closed and delays are expected on the A451 Vale Road northbound in Stourport-on-Severn at the Mitton Close junction.
Gas main work and temporary traffic lights on Bodenham Road in Oldbury at the Brennand Road junction are causing delays.
