POLICE are re-appealing to the public in the Black Country and North Worcestershire to help trace a man wanted for recall to prison.

West Mercia Police have issued a fresh appeal for help in tracking down Marc Warner, aged 36, from Kidderminster, who was convicted of large scale cannabis production in April 2013.

He received a 40 month prison sentence and after a subsequent financial investigation, was found to have benefited from the crime to the tune of £113,000 and was ordered to repay the money within six months or face 26 months in prison.

He failed to stump up the cash and has been wanted on recall to prison for breaching his licence conditions since February 2015.

Police say he may have links to Rowley Regis, Blackheath and Halesowen and he may have changed his appearance to avoid detection.

Anyone who sees Mr Warner is urged to call West Mercia Police on 101 - quoting reference number 286 of Thursday February 5.
